Allergy & Clinical Immunology

We welcome referrals for pediatric and adult allergy and immunology concerns, including:

  1. Allergic rhino-conjunctivitis
  2. Asthma
  3. Eczema
  4. Food allergy
  5. Insect (venom) allergy
  6. Urticaria (hives) & angioedema (swelling)
  7. Immunotherapy
  8. Infant wheeze
  9. Penicillin allergy & testing
  10. Suspected immunodeficiency

***We request that new patients complete the following questionnaire and bring it in to their scheduled appointment:  New_Patient_Questionnaire

***For allergy skin prick testing to be done at the clinic visit, the patient must refrain from taking oral antihistamines for at least 3 days prior to his/her appointment.  Oral antihistamines include:

  • Claritin
